Hollywood Arts Residences Condos

Hollywood Arts Residences is a pre-construction condo project located in Hollywood, Florida. The proposed 30-story project is being developed by Related Group and will feature 146 residences, rancing in size from 1,910 square feet to 3,706 square feet. All condos will be delivered with the latest appliances, designer fixtures, and glass walls with “breathtaking city views.” Arquitectonica is the architect.

Hollywood Arts Residences will feature a fifth-floor amenity deck that will offer a swimming pool, fitness center, barbeque area, and two pickleball courts.  Prices are expected to start at around $750,000.
