Rising 62 stories above Biscayne Bay, Aria Reserve Miami will soon become the tallest twin residential towers in the United States, featuring roughly 800 waterfront units. Witht it’s beautiful twin tower design and ideal Edgwater location, Aria Reserve has quickly become one of the hottest new construction projects in miami.
The development will be located at 711 Northeast 23rd Terrace in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, it will be an amazing Edgewater new construction Miami condo.
The first phase of sales at Aria Reserve Miami will be 391 units in the south tower. The developer will launch sales of the second tower based on demand. The site totals about 5 acres and sits on 547-linear feet of prime Biscayne Bay water frontage. Construction of Aria Reserve’s south tower could start as early as next year and is expected to be completed in 2024.
Prices at Aria Reserve Miami will start at $750,000 and go up to $12 million for the 15 penthouses. Units will range in size from one to four bedrooms, featuring between 1,100 square feet to 2,600 square feet. The penthouses will range from 3,500 square feet to more than 9,000 square feet, each with a three-car garage.
The twin towers are being designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors by MORADA Haute Furniture Boutique and landscaping by ArquitectonicaGEO. Amenities will include a 2-acre recreation deck with a lap pool and spa, gaming center, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, paddle courts, miniature golf, a wellness center, gym, meditation garden and more.
Melo also plans to build a public park along 23rd Street that would connect to the planned Miami Baywalk.
