The one- to four-bedroom units range in size from about 1,500 square feet up to 3,800 square feet. Prices start in the high 600s and range up to the 3 millions. The views of the city and bay alone are worth it through any of the floor-to-ceiling windows or from one of the huge, eight-foot-deep balconies. Everything is high-tech, from the touchpad controlled private elevators to the touch-service and building-wide wireless internet.
High-end restaurants are indoors and out, and there’s an 8,000-square-foot spa overlooking Biscayne Bay. And with its location in the heart of Miami’s entertainment district, dozens of attractions are well within walking distance. You can see a Miami Heat game or a performance at the Adrienne Arsht Center. The new Perez Art Museum is nearby, and not to mention the shops of the Design District, ample nightlife, and close proximity to South Beach.
Marquis topped out in March 2008 with occupancy from 2009 — 67 storeys, 702 feet, 292 residences plus a hotel component, developed by Leviev Boymelgreen. Parking, hotel and amenities occupy floors 5 to 14; residences run 15 to 64; penthouses span floors 64 to 67 across three to four levels. The current disclosure: on 30 July 2026 the Marquis Miami Condominium Association sued Madison Realty Capital, alleging negligence in maintaining the condo-hotel tower and financial mismanagement. A separate 2016 action against the developer, general contractor and six subcontractors concerned the roof, post-tension cables, plumbing and fire and life-safety systems.
