Since the 1920’s Miami Beach has been known as the world’s playground. People from all the world come to Miami Beach to live, work and play. From South Beach to North Miami Beach, you can find incredible Miami Beach new construction condos up and down the coast. With its many historic properties and strict building codes, there are far fewer new construction projects than in Downtown Miami, South Beach or Sunny Isles Beach.

City officials in Miami Beach have just recently approved a brand new luxury high rise condominium building called Five Park Miami Beach which will be built at 500 Alton Road at the entrance to South Beach.
Rising 48-stores tall, the 519 foot Five Park Miami Beach will become the tallest building in Miami Beach when completed in 2023. The building will feature 98 luxury condos with prices starting at $2.6 million and 180 park residences, which will most likely become rentals and or smaller condominium units.

The Changing Skyline of Sunny Isles Beach
In just 10 years, the city of Sunny Isles Beach Florida went from a sleepy oceanfront community known for its quiet lifestyle to what now resembles something more like Manhattan on the ocean. In fact, Sunny Isles Beach has the 14th tallest skyline in the United States, despite its relatively low population. The dozens of new construction projects that took place over the past 10 years have entirely reshaped the city skyline and the Miami FL city has become virtually unrecognizable.
Old motels and apartment buildings along Collins Avenue gave way to ultra-luxury condos such as the Porsche Design Tower, Jade Signature and Trump Towers. And as prime oceanfront real estate becomes more scarce, only the most luxurious condo buildings are getting built. With its prime Florida Atlantic Oceanfront location to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west, it’s no wonder that Sunny Isles Beach Florida is one of the hottest real estate markets in Miami Dade County.
The Estates at Acqualina

Currently under construction, The Estates at Acqualina’s two towers will feature 150 exquisite oceanfront residences ranging in size from 3,287 to more than 5,522 Sq.Ft. and are priced from $4.6 million to $11 million. There will also be a massive two-story, 9,083 Sq.Ft. penthouse available for sale.
The 3 to 7 bedroom residences will be equipped with a La Cornue gas range and Sub-Zero appliances, imported stone countertops, smart-home technology and a fireplace. Every residence will be delivered in furniture ready condition.
Bentley Residences
18401 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33154
The tallest ever US beachfront tower and the world’s first Bentley residential tower is coming to Sunny Isles Beach. The 749-foot glass oceanfront new construction tower is being designed by Sieger Suarez and developed by the Florida based Dezer Development, along with collaboration from Bentley Motors.
When completed the story Bentley Residences will become the tallest building ever built on the beach and the building has already obtained height approval from the FAA.
New Construction in Miami’s Edgewater Neighborhood
Edgewater is becoming a city within itself, as new condo developments such as Elysee and Missoni Baia Miami have changed the skyline. And just recently, Melo just announced they are building the tallest twin towers in the United States, named Aria Reserve Miami FL.
While Edgewater New Construction Condos are centrally located to downtown Miami dade county and Miami Beach, the neighborhood is still lacking infrastructure and retail establishments. Edgewater has changed very quickly and all of the recent new construction has reshaped the skyline.
Aria Reserve Miami

The recently announced Aria Reserve Miami condos in Edgewater are being developed by the Melo Group and when finished in 2024, they will become the tallest twin towers in the US.
The 800 waterfront residential units will be located in Edgewater and will range from 1,100 to 2,600 Sq.Ft. The massive 5-acre parcel of land will also include a public park along 23rd street and would connect to the planned Miami FL new construction Baywalk when completed.
Missoni Baia
777 NE 26th Terrace, Miami, FL 33137
Soaring 57 stories and spanning an impressive 200 feet along Biscayne Bay, Missoni Baia will feature 249 luxury residences. With its forward-thinking, high-performance design by acclaimed international firm Asymptote Architecture, Missoni Baia’s new luxury Edgewater Miami residences capture the Missoni spirit of innovation and imagination.
Downtown Miami and the Brickell Neighborhood
No where in Miami FL has seen such as dramatic change in its skyline as downtown Miami and the Brickell neighborhood have. Massive condo towers and office buildings have been built on nearly every piece of available land. Downtown Miami is a hot spot for culture, with venues such as the waterfront Pérez Art Museum Miami, the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and the skyline-altering AmericanAirlines Arena.

Aston Martin Residences

Currently under construction in Downtown Miami, Aston Martin Residences is an ultra-luxury condo development scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022. Rising 70 stories tall with 390 condos, Aston Martin Residences will feature a wide variety of one to five bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 698 to 18,811 Sq.Ft.
The Aston Martin Residences will feature of an array of amenities including an infinity-edge pool with poolside cabanas, a sky bar and lounge, a two-story fitness center and even a super-yacht marina.
Una Residences

Una Residences is the first new construction development in the private residential area of Brickell Waterfront in over a decade. With its unique cantilevered silhouette, the iconic tower will be recognizable from a distance by its smooth, light-metallic surface and striking silhouette. And with just 135 Miami FL waterfront residences, the 47-floor Una will be just as dramatic up close as it is from afar.
Each of these waterfront condos will maximize views in every direction and inside of the residences, there will be incredible views from every room. The dramatic entryway with a curvilinear double-height entry way will lead into a grand, double-height, open lobby.
Waldorf Astoria Miami

The 100-story Waldorf Astoria Residences is a brand new super-tall luxury condo that is planned for Downtown Miami. The new Waldorf Astoria will rise 1,041 feet above ground, making it more than 200 feet taller than other building in Miami FL.
The tower will consist of nine glass cubes and will feature a total of 400 condo and 205 hotel rooms. The lower three cubes of the tower will have hotel rooms while the upper six cubes will be the luxury residences.
