North Miami Beach

By Day:

The city of North Miami Beach combines an urban landscape and amenities with the most expansive parks in all of Florida. The city is known for its quaint downtown shopping district, suburban residential atmosphere and its vast natural resources, including the largest urban park in the state: the Oleta River State Park.

It also has another state park called the Arch Creek Park. A fun thing to do on your day off is rent a kayak and tour Biscayne Bay in a way few people ever see it, viewing the acres of protected mangrove forests before snacking on a picnic table for lunch.

By Night:

There are excellent restaurants, bars and theaters. One of its best attractions of the city is the Museum of Contemporary Art, which frequently hosts evening events such as live music, film screenings and lectures. It’s very easy to drive to Miami Beach or into Downtown, as well.

Where To Live:

North Miami Beach has no shortage of single-family homes and waterfront condominiums. Whether you’re looking to plant your flag on a piece of land with a backyard for barbecues, swimming and playing catch with the kids, or you enjoy the sunrise views over Biscayne Bay while sipping coffee from your terrace balcony, North Miami has the real estate options for every buyer.

Keystone Point and San Souci, two of the city’s bayfront neighborhoods, are perennial favorites for those looking to invest in vacation property or winter homes.
