As with any investment, getting in early is the key to getting the best opportunity. The goal is to get in and reserve your condo before anyone else even knows about it. The best condos with the best views will always sell first and after a developer reaches a set milestone, they will raise prices to keep up with demand. My job as an agent, is to keep you updated on all of the new and upcoming pre-construction opportunities in South Florida and get you the information you need before it’s released to the general public and/or other brokers. Through my own private network and close developer relationships, I usually get information before anyone else does.
