After her much-publicized divorce from Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady, supermodel Gisele Bündchen has been keeping a low profile.
Recently, it was revealed that the Brazilian beauty quietly bought a modest home in Miami Beach. Sources say that the former Victoria’s Secret model purchased a much bigger and more luxurious home in Miami Beach after buying an Art deco-style cottage in Surfside.
The modest three-bedroom cottage, which is $1.25 million, is only 1,540 square feet and features a brick driveway, an open kitchen with a marble waterfall island, a breakfast bar, a living space with a faux brick fireplace, and real hardwood floors.
While the cottage is small, it does sit in a neighborhood where famous personalities like Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have homes.
The supermodel’s new home is far from the $11.5 million mega-mansion she purchased in the Miami Beach area where Tom Brady currently constructs his multi-million dollar pad.
The five-bedroom and seven-bathroom estate sits on over 6,000 square feet of land and has a pool, gym, and movie theater.
Meanwhile, the previous couple’s mansion in Indian Creek Island, also known as Billionaire Bunker, halted construction after Hurricane Ian. It is unclear where Tom Brady sleeps when he’s in town.
The two were married for nearly a decade and had two beautiful and wonderful children together. Brady also has a son with his ex Bridget Moynahan.
Although the couple’s split was amicable, it was still a shock to fans as they were one of Hollywood’s power couples.
The Indian Creek Country Club has always been Miami’s playground for the ultra-wealthy, and it looks like Gisele is now one of them. Since their home is just a few blocks away from each other, co-parenting should be a breeze for the former couple.
For now, it looks like Gisele is content with her two new homes in Miami and is enjoying her single life.
