Vita’s spacious units will range from  2,500 to 5,000 square feet, with expansive terraces offering stunning views of Miami’s skyline and Biscayne Bay. Twelve bi-level penthouses boast 2,900 to 6,100 square meters of outdoor space, complete with private swimming pools and summer kitchens.

Residents of Vita will enjoy high-end Italian finishes, European-style kitchens and bathrooms, and private elevator foyers. The development is one of the newest residential projects of recognized Italian developer Ugo Colombo and will be designed by CallisonRTKL.

The 7-storey Vita condominium is expected to be completed in late 2024.

Five Park, Miami Beach

Set to be the tallest residential condominium on Miami Beach, Five Park will be a 48-story tower that overlooks the city’s famous parks and beaches. The development will feature just 98 condo units and 150 luxury apartments that range in size from 1,434 to 6,000 square feet.

Each unit is designed with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, and European-style kitchens and bathrooms. Private elevators will provide direct access to each unit, and residents will also have access to a variety of world-class amenities, including a fitness center, business center, spa, and infinity pool.

The exclusive residents-only Canopy Club will offer residents access to a variety of social and recreational amenities such as a club lounge, living and dining rooms with outdoor terraces, a jewel box bar, billiards room, clubroom den, and an in-house club-level dining experience that can be enjoyed indoors or al fresco.

La Baia, Bay Harbor Islands

New York developer Ian Bruce Eichner is developing this new construction condo in Miami. It will be located in Bay Harbor Islands, just a few minutes from Bal Harbour Shops.

The 8-story La Baia Bay Harbor is elegantly designed with just 68 units that will boast stunning views of Miami’s city skyline and the Atlantic Ocean. 1 to 4 bedrooms that range in size from 1,125 to 2,500 square feet with two covered parking spaces for each unit.

Thirty thousand square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space will be spread across the development, including a rooftop pool, Clubroom, state-of-the-art fitness center, and children’s playroom.

La Baia will also have its own private dock for resident use and 24-hour security and concierge services. The development is expected to be completed in 2023, so keep an eye out for this one!

Aston Martin Residences Miami, Biscayne
