People who live along Pinetree Drive choose it because, by many accounts, it’s the most glamorous address in Miami Beach. With movie-set landscaping, even the drive to your front door will be a scenic one if you choose to move here. And if that’s right up your alley, you can’t go wrong visiting Pine Tree Park or Muss Park by day. La Gorce Country Club is one street over and Collins Avenue runs parallel across the waterway. Take your boat out, visit the beach or hit the shops for a regular day in Miami. With its central Miami Beach location, you’ll be within reach to the best of day time entertainment.
Even though it’s the next street over, Pinetree Drive looks a lot different than Collins Avenue. But if you’re ready to party, the nightlife is close by. The bars and pubs will be to the north or south. Restaurants are plenty along Collins Avenue but also within reach when you hit West 41st Street to the south. With so many luxury hotels along the beach, you can also drive over for cocktails in the lounge and a dip in the pool.
Where To Live:
Pinetree Drive is exactly what it sounds like: A long stretch of road lined with shady trees that dot the front yards of some of the largest estates in Miami Beach. This neighborhood is central to the Miami Beach area and a coveted neighborhood to live in. Many homes are on waterfront lots, while the rest are nestled among beautifully landscaped properties. These homes are relatively affordable compared to some of the mansions on the manmade islands nearby. You can call Pinetree Drive home for as low as $2 million or as high as $9 million. The good news is, these homes don’t look like the traditional Miami homes where art deco and Mediterranean architecture is all the rage. Your home will have a unique character all its own.
