-Every so often, I pull out a property that’s not necessarily a new listing but deserves a lot of attention. This week, it’s this penthouse at Sunset Harbour.
-If you’re not familiar with Sunset Harbour, it’s a Miami Beach condominium that was part of a wave of development on the west side of the island facing the Miami skyline. (Facing west, therefore: Sunset.) Built in 1998, it has 25 floors and 391 units.
-The most expensive unit in the building is TS-2/3. And that’s the unit I’d like to tell you about.
OK, even though it’s the most pricey condo in Sunset Harbour, it’s still pretty affordable for the kind of space we’re looking at. The listing is for $8.39 million. But here’s what that includes: five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bath. It’s 7,545 square feet, and every inch of it was fully remodeled in 2000. AND it’s fully furnished, which is good news because the people who designed the interior had excellent taste. The space is modern yet classic. It’s clean and not cluttered, and the big windows and muted colors let the Florida sun fill the home.
The ceilings are very high, and the windows face east and west. Two of the bedrooms are master bedrooms, each having huge windows and access to the terraces which wrap around the unit. There’s even a glass sauna with a bathtub, and outside, there’s a spiral staircase leading to the roof.
If you’re looking to get more for your money, I recommend this Sunset Harbour penthouse. Especially if this is a vacation home. With so much furnished space, it’s the kind of property you can purchase and then forget about until you need to use it. And if you need someone in Miami Beach to manage it for you, my company Miami Condo Resources would be happy to help you. Get in touch!
