We are currently releasing select residences and know that our initial VIP launch with preferential pricing will be closing soon. There has been very little marketing and advertising intentionally. • 2 bed starts in the low $3m range
• 2 bed + den start in the upper $3m / low $4m range Floor Plan

• 4 bed starts in the lower $7m range Floor Plan (there can be additional options)
• PH starts in the middle $9m range
Deposits are as follows:
– 10% at contract execution
– 10% 60 days after executing contract
– 10% groundbreaking (estimated Q4 2023)
– 10% top off (estimated Q4 2024)
