Things
You Should
Know About
Art Deco
The Majority of the Art Deco buildings in Miami Beach are designated as historic landmarks and are prohibited from being demolished. This leaves developers with the important task of renovating and rehabbing these architectural gems back to their original charm. Renovations can range from new electrical and plumbing to complex concrete restoration work. Before purchasing a unit in an Art Deco building, you should know what kind of what kind of renovation, if any, has occurred to the building.
